Vargas Hair Institute offers topical therapies that can be used as stand-alone treatment or in conjunction with other treatments for a powerful treatment plan.
Minoxidil
Minoxidil is a topical therapy for men and women with blading or thinning hair. Minoxidil reinvigorates hair follicles that are shrinking to increase their size and help to regrow thicker hair over time. It is important to understand the timespan involved to see hair regrowth. You should not expect to see growth until you have regularly used the topical for four months. This topical therapy must be used continuously to maintain hair growth. Minoxidil is best when utilized in combination with other treatments or as a pre-treatment to a procedure.
Tricomin
